CAHSEE Coordinators
 
1)   Watch the CAHSEE Coordinator Video
4)   Consult with your school site to determine site-level policies and procedures that are in compliance with official CAHSEE testing policies.

6)   Consult ETS’s CAHSEE Webpage for further information
7)   Contact Kevin Kronfeld with any questions:
8)   Read and sign the Test Security Agreement and send it to Kevin Kronfeld
 
CAHSEE Proctors
 
1)   Watch the CAHSEE Proctor Video
3)   Receive training from your site CAHSEE Coordinator about site-level policies and procedures for administering the CAHSEE Test
4)   Sign the Test Security Affidavit and return it to your site CAHSEE Coordinator
 
CST Training for CAASPP Coordinators
 
6)   Watch the  CST High School, Middle School, or Elementary School Video 
8)   Consult with your school site to determine site-level policies and procedures that are in compliance with official CAASPP testing policies.
9)   Read and sign the CAASPP Test Coordinator Security Agreement and send it to Kevin Kronfeld

3)       Familiarize yourself with SBAC Terminology
4)       Review the SBAC Field Test Time Charts to determine appropriate timing for your assigned tests
5)       Print and review the California Online Field Test Administration Manual
6)       Print and review the TIDE User Guide for California Users
7)       Watch the Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) Training Video
8)       Log in to TIDE* for California Users and familiarize yourself with the system
9)       Watch the Test Administrator Interface for Online Testing Training Video
10)    Watch the Student Interface for Online Testing training video
14)   View the Resources and Documentation (including answer keys, scoring guides and rubrics) for the SBAC Practice Tests and Practice Performance Tasks
16)   Take the SBAC Practice Tests and Practice Performance Tasks for both Math & ELA for an appropriate grade-level
