ladies and gentlemen of the Culver City Unified School District get ready for a special treat relish the words of this highly regarded speaker and Scholar renowned throughout the world for his ability to move and Inspire as a passionate advocate for public education his message is personal and filled with gratitude good day for those who have made him who he is today all the way from El Marino language school he's what point O according to Audrey Stevens  wants to be a baseball player or an ice cream man please welcome V Raider Diego Brown thank you who made it possible for you to be here today  pink who made it possible for you to be working with kids everyday  I bet that every single one remember that teacher that teacher's aide  that person who worked in the office or in the lunch line or help keep your school clean that coach that library that superintendent that's press the person who made you believe you can be anything you wanted to be  and here you are that's give that special person at hand I do not know what I want to be at when I go up there are so many options I want to design video games ride graphic novels I even want to become a scientist I want to live a thousand years do you know why  so I can see her imagination and curiosity takes us in a thousand years so I can see all the discoveries to be play in science and technology in a thousand years but I cannot live A Thousand Years you know I can do though I can be a success at anything I want now with your hair because I am a kid at hope I'm smart talented and capable of success I have dreams for the future and I will climb to reach those goals and dreams everyday that's right with all of your guys and women help will be a success at anything I please because I am a kid at Hope I am not  if you belittle me I lose hope if I'm told I'm stupid I lose hope 5 moved a hundred times and teachers principals counselors custodians one Staff office staff anybody who works at a school  thanks I'm just another lost case I lose hope did you know that your f is easier to take in then being made fun of when I really try when I got there I lose hope  but all is not lost when you believe me unconditionally I can regain that hope can I come across one of you just the one of you who believes that I can't succeed I can regain hope because I don't like disappointing you I'd rather make you proud  hope can you want to sexy it makes me want to learn learn about math reading on writing  yes but also learn about life kindness and the satisfaction a sex eating  because I learn best when you're patient with me I learn best because you see to encourage instead of punish I'll invest because you find my string undo the pun I learn best because you smile and you laugh and you play when you work  because you tell me I can be anything I want to be and you know Raven learn when you tell me no I may not admit it I may look Brown and upset when you tell me now  bamboo sing because I know that that no is there because you care I know because you show with your actions and your words that you care for that you believe in me and that you and you and you and everybody here knows H&B a success of you and still in me that  maybe sing me a couple of minutes a day in the playground maybe only crossed paths a few times a week in the Halls maybe you help me too go to lunch that day maybe you don't think you're an inspiration of Hope well I'm here to tell you don't underestimate your self everyone who what is my life has to make me feel they believe in me that means you you and everybody else here  because I and all the other kids you come contact with day-in-and-day-out need to feel see and hear that from you when you need to know that I believe in you I am watching you I see when you like your team I know when you trust them I know you believe in your teammates  because you need an Tire team to give me an all the students that help and hope we need and all of you know that if you all were together the kids and I will be okay last year we all did the bucket we all have the bucket filling guy and it was great but this year I'm asking you for huge gigantic colossal drop from my bucket in all tell the buckets of all the children you'll be inspiring this year  asking you to fill our buckets what the belief that all kids will succeed can you do this can you do that pool then repeat the treasure Hunters plans after me as an adult find treasure hunter I'm committed to search for all the towns skills spell intelligence nonexistent Journal News I believe all children are capable of success no exceptions thank you thank you thank you
