Enrollment Procedures for New Students

 

We are currently enrolling for the 2020-2021 school year only.

Pre-enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year will begin in February. 

 
Due to the COVID-19 Virus and the current Safer At Home order, all enrollment has changed to an online process only.  If you are unable to enroll online or if you have any questions, please contact your school. 
 

 

Welcome to School – Become Familiar with CCUSD Policies and Provide Important Information About Your Child

 

Step I:    Read required letters and documents.

Step II:   Access the New Student Online Registration Portal and pre-enroll your student.

Step III:  Email all required documents to the school (email addresses below).

Step I:    Please read the applicable letters and documents:

  1. Welcome Letter (Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten)
  2. Health Requirements for Enrollment  (TK – 12)
  3. Information on Required Health Examination (Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grade 1)
  4. Health Exam Form (Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grade 1)
  5. Information Regarding Required Oral Health Assessment (Kindergarten) 
  6. District Residency Requirements (TK – 12) 
  7. CCUSD Annual Notification of Parent Rights and Responsibilities (TK – 12) 

 

Step II: Access the New Student Online Registration Portal and pre-enroll your student. 

      • Contact your child's school via email (see list below) for directions.
 
 

Step III: Complete all of the required documents listed below and email all of the documents to the appropriate email (within 14 days). Please address the subject line as follows [student last name, student first name, grade for 2020-2021 school year].  Attach each required document separately and label [student last name, name of document].  Documents can be sent as a pdf or a picture to the school email below.

If your child has an IFSP or IEP from another school district, e-mail a copy of the IFSP or IEP to the following individual:

YOUR CHILD IS NOT ENROLLED UNTIL THE ENROLLMENT HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ACCEPTED BY THE SCHOOL.  The school will email you when the enrollment is complete. Due to COVID-19, employees are working remotely and processing time may take up to 10 business day.  

 

If you have not completed the enrollment within 30 days of starting it, the pre-enrollment will be deleted.

*Declaration of Residency 

Immunizations (Official) Record 

*Custody Issues Form  

*Tentative Placement Agreement  (Elementary Only)

*TK Agreement  (TK only)

Health Examination for School Entry (TK thru First Grade Only)

Transcripts & Latest Report Card (Grades 1-12 Only)

Proof of Residency or an Interdistrict Permit approved by the CCUSD Permit Office.

Verification of Student Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or Passport)

Verification of Parent/Guardian Identity (Photo ID)
