okay and just a just a follow that up for people that are watching the recording I will be sending all this information via School Messengers to the parents and via email to our staff after the meeting so I see where I was We are continuing our cleaning and sanitizing procedures in the hand-washing station from last year are still on site that all schools all plexiglass dividers currently in place will remain all of our classroom HVAC filters have been replaced at their six-month Mark the status document that lists by school and room number is posted on the district's website on the covid dashboard information we also prefer performed the previously discussed air quality test and those results are posted in the same areas and I'm happy to say there were no issues with ozone levels in any of our classrooms fishing in one of the recent Communications covid testing is available for all staff and students information and registration links for that testing or included in that communication and posted on our website will school be next week we are asking all of our staff and students to get tested between now and the first day of school additionally we will soon be starting a mandatory weekly testing program for all unvaccinated staff and and possibly everyone including vaccinated Staffing in logistics plans for this are in process and we will communicate the appropriate information as soon as we finalize it and finally on this top we are determining the legal and practical implications of mandating the covid vaccine for all those eligible and we expect to move forward but that policy as soon as possible I have had brief initial Communications with union leader and we will be collaborating with both employees union to determine the effects of these policies and regardless of when the vaccine policy might go into effect we continue to encourage everyone to get vaccinated protect the health of our students and staff and I could not emphasize that point and nuts we are hearing that the vaccine for younger students may be approved as early as next month so that's good news and we will keep you informed about that last me for the covid related things with guidance from our nursing staff we will continue to follow the current LA County Department of Public Health exposure management plan which manages our positive cases contract contact tracing and related Communications this plan is always linked from the covid updates and Communications page of our website and I just want to add regarding timing we do here comparisons to what l a u s d is doing but they are really a whole different world. Just reply cards we actually collaborate with our local Westside in South Bay School Districts to the Villa plans and guidelines and from our recent regular meetings none of those districts are doing man testing or vaccines yet since that also follows the county protocols we had been on the same path recent Communications meetings and conversations have made us decide to go further than these other districts and on happy for Suisun USD to be leading their let these policies do take time to implement we will continue working to get everything done as soon as possible working with all of our stakeholders I've been doing my best to respond to all parent and staff questions or concerns so please feel free to keep reaching out to me and more information then we'll certainly be communicated as things continue to develop things like music classes Sports programs like that especially as we work further nurse Castro this week so thank you for letting me share that and I'd be happy to address any questions or concerns thank you mr. Quinn x 11 you said that there were five emails if you'd like to go through those emails and then I will go to any hands so for some of these emails is not obvious whether the person wanted me to read it or wanted to speak out I'll just give the names for those so there's an email from Adam schwerin and there's text here but it is the address to the board but it doesn't say whether she wanted to speak herself for help me read it Autumn is it is assistant superintendent Familia also presenting no you're not okay my my misunderstanding sorry right it says Hi everyone we all know that this time it's been extremely challenging for the district so first of all I want to thank you because of your incredibly hard work covid-19 spread was very limited within the school district the spring I am concerned about the challenge going forward now that the ball game has changed as we all are aware the Delta variant is a much more infectious Persian and now kids are in the Crosshair the spread is highest among the unvaccinated which is our entire Elementary School student population and now that the entire district will be returning in person without a virtual option the likelihood of transmission will increase for everyone I am a community pediatrician and I know firsthand how difficult it is to provide the best protection kids and their families not just an illness prevention but also in the areas of a lot of covid-19 in children and their family members I have further medical recommendation to add to the layers of Earth needed to keep kids healthy and in school I also have some important question medical recommendation with the virus ventilation is the key to avoiding spread we're glad that our kids will be eating lunch is outside but it's important to include distancing well during that unmasked I outdoor Gathering steel T covid-19 spreading because of their lack of social distancing being outside will not be enough they need to be each other exit people indoors read the virus the district's phrase inclement weather War when necessary allows for indoor lunches in some situations instead the use of open-sided tents would provide a much safer lunchtime environment LA County Health apartment suggest moving classroom to an outdoor area the unvaccinated should be masked when in crowded outdoor settings with other unvaccinated people shouting in close contact is inevitable so being on mastering the playground time will significantly raise the risk it is best to require students wear masks even when playing outside question is it possible for the school to utilize tense for example on reading days second question in the classroom I know that the HVAC system is in good order but are air purifiers also provided in each room if you don't Implement Outdoor Classroom time will the doors and windows also be kept open all day Wilbur 13 or higher elf air filters 3 we'd like to know the vaccination status of teachers and staff will that information be made available for I will quarantine and be handled how do you determine who is a close contact if someone positive they're part of a classroom of students all day long is it the whole classroom and if so how will they continue with their studies during the age of 10 days out of school with no virtual option I understand that the entire classroom closed down every time the stupid is positive but we need to be prepared for the fact that it will spread if not we need to bear in mind too that close contact will include any good they play with on the playground or Stood Beside at lunch by will you be testing routinely both vaccinated assassinated people and if so will it be done using pcr's or antigen testing antigen testing gives faster results but it's extremely unreliable especially an asymptomatic people okay there's a couple more lines here but or you can get the email address to the public, email address thank you dr. Levin before you move on to the next four, I know some of these questions were answered but master plan on Miss Amelia if you have answers it'd be great for you to dispose of time and so we don't lose it by the time we get to the end of a sentence for outdoors especially for lunch times things like that address the filters yes they all have 13 or better and doors will remain open when students are in the classroom vaccine status we can ask on our end but it's confidential data that we keep an HR and we can't share add data with parents unfortunately we've got a couple of requested schools about you I'd like to put my student in a in a classroom with a vaccination teacher and we can't Supply that information the regular testing will be rapid antigen testing anyone with symptoms or if they test positive on that one will then be PCR tested I think that was all from now on there was one question in there about a virtual option I wondered if I really want address everything about time yes I think that what we're doing is we're looking at all of the options right now and as our principal come in will be able to new address via learning options at anamorphic a fuller report at the next board meeting but we are looking at it through the lens of safety and and obviously the Edie protocols and Rex r e d the practices that we had in place before for encouraging Outdoor Learning would still continue as well so I'll be meeting with the principals in this kind of reiterating some of the actresses that would be involved to ensure that proper ventilation is going on especially in terms of eating times as well as on during the morning time for a misdemeanor a point of clarification and there is a online option available to the families correct yes there is that this time we have options it's Up full in person learning option and then for those families for which that does not work or they can choose the Independent Learning option which is a remote learning option which does include interaction at the elementary age from daily live instruction and then a weekly in her connections at the upper grades I'm so the little bit more robust and what we've had in the past traditional independent study options however it is still DDD learning option is met through through my Academy independent study thank you dr. Levin the next email again. Doesn't say whether she wants to speak yourself or have it read but there's some text here and it's from Bronwyn Jamrock so she's like I'm not seeing her in the participants so do you have sending my unvaccinated child to school fully vaccinated members of my family have had covid in the past month so I can only imagine this disease racing through classrooms of unvaccinated kids I beg for you to do everything possible to keep our kids safe and that includes what about your schooling whatever feasible to mandatory covid testing instead of opt-in LAUSD will be requiring negative covid test for student ccusd generally follows lausd's lead I hope they were you got this time three mandatory outdoor dining our cafeteria should not be super spreader sites and then she says we are in Uncharted Territory here I ordered you to urge you to take all precautions available sincerely Bronwyn Shamrock thank you I think so the next one is from Greg gemrock I'm guessing he's not here either right so I'll read it dear School Board I am extremely uncomfortable with the idea to school fully vaccinated to my family if I covid in the past month so I can only imagine this these racing through classrooms of unvaccinated I beg you to do everything possible to keep our kids safe and that includes one Outdoor School whenever feasible to mandatory covid testing instead of LAUSD will be requiring negative covid test for student ccusd generally follows Elias lausd's lead I hope they will do that this time 3 mandatory outdoor dining or cafeteria should not be super spreader if we were still in the quote color system from last year we would be in lockdown please take care of our kids sincerely Greg Jamrock then the next one I think she's safe well there's an email the first name is clearly Marty the rest of the email it's hard to tell but first name is Marty m a r a hi if she's in the room if the email is not single Marni wing girl but I assume that's associated with the wink girl. is this here anyway that's common in Culver City we almost always somebody in the meeting knows the person alright what happy to read it it it says I hope this is not too late to school did not give us enough time to be able to even have an opinion on this issue as we just got our packets last week informing us of what we need for school I would like to address the issue Below on tonight to call I received the info for going back to school and see that covid tests are not required pre August 19th going back to school to be honest I'm pretty upset about this with all that stuff is going all that is going on how can we not make it Natori to ensure the safety of our staff and students at least minimize some risk leusd is doing it why aren't we I actually found it silly that last year we tested once the kids were already asked why not be a little prepared incautious before returning to school I know my family has been safe out of consideration for others but I can't say the same for others as a form of Public Safety I highly suggest we make this mandatory please take this into consideration are you will have a big mess on your hands in September which will in turn results as a big pain in my butt if my kids need to stay back home email address at the bar okay and then the last of the five I came in actually came in just shortly before the meeting I don't remember what our deadline is but it's from Bonnie cop tell me the meeting this evening and I hope to try to get into the meeting late but if not I was told I could send the statement so it could be red it's still fairly early I'm assuming she hasn't made it okay she says I am a parent of a 5th grader and 3rd grader at Lynn Hale Elementary I believe it is of utmost importance to keep our children to community safe and healthy which means doing everything possible to stop the spread of covid-19 at school covid-19 in cases are on the rise and according to an article today in the LA time they're on the rise especially with children some of the schools in Northern California that have already gone back for the year I've already had to close down because of outbreak I believe we can prove It Is by requiring students to take a rapid covid test before returning to school or at least to take one on the first day of school the school sites could feasibly provide rapid covid testing in the days prior to the start of school but if that is 2 much to ask testing the first day of school since the best second option but it should indeed be mandatory for all if we can catch covid cases before they have had a chance to spread throughout the school we can minimize everyone's risk and keep our students coming to school in person where they 5 best what school is begun I believe we need to continue with regular weekly mandatory covid testing because they may be additionally if it's not already becoming requirement I believe the staff and faculty should be required to become vaccinated and be tested regularly as they are in direct contact with our children all day long and could pose a health threat to the not only are children but their families and community members by unknowingly spreading covid-19 to that our children are required to be up to date on all their vaccines before they allowed to enter school and I believe the same should be true for their teachers and all staff not only to protect the children but to protect the other teachers and staff members our teachers and staff deserve a safe and healthy work environment I believe many of the parents in our district will agree with me on this point and I believe we are a district with enough priests what is an organizational skill to implemented thank you Bonnie cop science and engineering fair chairperson when how Elementary that's all the five emails that came in dr. Levin it sounds like those came in obviously before the presentation and those folks are not on but I think a lot of those mr. Quinn covered in his presentation but I do see that we have two hands I'm so want to go there I think it's Lois I just I don't know last name but this it says iPhone 8 yes hello and a thank you can you hear me yeah I was going to ask I just basically the same are we still doing Upton for testing for the elementary kids or are we doing a mandatory covid testing also my second question was are we going to have a before-school and I apologize if it's off to subject but is there an early morning drop-off anymore for the kids in the morning about at 8 a.m. like there used to be spring Farragut thank you mistercrainer Miss familiar I see Miss Amelia's ready to answer with the early morning drop off I believe its lowest dead children are enrolled in before morning care and so we would have to just speak with you also the Child Development to see if the heat capacity is there in order for us to be able to provide and I can get that information I'm out for a communication on shortly hi mister Quinn would you just repeat all the information just briefly about testing against everyone has that sure let me get to that section covid testing is available for all staff and students currently information in the we're in my communication and posted on our website with school beginning next week we are asking all of our staff and students to get tested between now and the first day of school and additionally will soon be starting a mandatory weekly test program for at least all on vac made his staff and students and possibly for everyone. There's a lot of Staffing in logistics they have to go into that those are in process and we will communicate the information as soon as we finalize and then we're also looking into and planning for mandatory vaccine policy for continuing to work on that will share that out too thank you mr. Quinn I move to Raul Hurtado followed by Casey Scott thank you so first of all I just wanted to direct my first comment to mr. Quinn Mister Quinn I sent you numerous emails regarding elf air filtration and safety and they are a couple of weeks outstanding you don't answer your emails I'm still waiting and then the other thing too but I wanted to bring up is I think that it is critical that we have air filters inside bathroom because of aerosols when you flush the toilet that's a huge way of spreading covid especially with the Delta variance and when I was back on campus in the spring there were no air filters inside bathrooms or the staff lounge or even student bathroom so I highly recommend additional filters for those. I also would like to say that I feel very uncomfortable the fact that you don't answer your email and I will be in a room full of unvaccinated children and so I'm just really concerned thank you I'd be happy to address that and I'm sorry but I take offense at that I answer a hundred emails a day every email that comes across my desk to question Mr Hurtado has asked recently has been asked and answered before but I'd be happy to address it again the question was why don't schools besides El Marino getting 16 air filters and the answer that's been shared before is that has nothing to do with covid the air conditioning system at Marina was designed specifically for Merv 16 because they're right next to a freeway and they have increased air pollution coming off of that freeway this was long before covid in dad is the only system in the district that actually can Murph 16 filter everywhere else cuz it's the physical size of the filter and that's the recommendation for covid so that's what we have everywhere in the gesture I do appreciate the suggestion about some filtering in a restroom specially Stafford restrooms and we will certainly look at that thank you Casey Scott hi thanks for recognizing me parent of a rising first grader Atlanta how can I have exchanged emails with Robert Quinn and I'd like to thank you for taking this stuff do you have tonight run mandatory masks game Outdoors mandatory testing and auditory vaccine for some subset of staff and students I do have a couple of questions go as badly fortunately some beer is there a back-up plan for switching to a more robust virtual program aside from the cademy offers are schools going to close to prevent further spread of covid-19 and number two and I apologize if this one's answered after the first year grace before but will we know which staff were vaccinated and if that's not provided it'll be a list and some other way how do you see each individual staff or faculty obligation to tell wiring parents whether or not they're vaccinated thank you I think I can try on those ones on the vaccine status as I mentioned before might have been before you jumped on we as a district can ask employer for their vaccine status than it actually just goes through HR and get stored in HR confident and she confidentially that information will not be at the school site and we can't share it with parents so unfortunately or whatever what parents won't be aware of vaccine status but we will at a district-level and on a more robust virtual learning Tracy may be able to answer this better but we are the state actually is no longer allowed any kind of full distance model for teaching other than the independent study program that we're doing through iacademy it would be it would kind of be up to you know the state if they ever reverse that I personally don't see it happening unless things get really bad but we'll keep an eye on it I think if I could add to that mister Quinn the question could be for Less a guy you mentioned something about an entire class for example I'll be out of school for a while so if you think about an independent study at the site students would have to quarantine and then we could provide the work for families to be still can you find our learning doing independent study model but they would not have to leave their their current last they would just be off and end in a quarantine status at home but we would still make sure that did instruction is still taking place likely through if your child and bring some first grade probably through the see-saw so your child will be able to look at the Google classroom or seesaw or up in high school canvassed to be able to stay caught up with the work and that is something that we are preparing were speaking collaboratively with mr. long and they and are in negotiations what would be part of that it to be able to kind of talk about that so that is part of the reason why we're not fully prepared to to expand any further than kind of the conversation that are going but yes we do have plans and the details then what exactly that would look like we'll be coming up in about as I speak with mister long and his team or will what does contingency plans would be 4 or going back for and haven't you to stay out of class for a while thank you for that both answer so I could ask him breathe follow up with mr. Quinn on the vaccination status so I understand that that information kept outside parents won't have direct access to it are you offering any guidance to parents or teachers about how that information might be shared on a one-to-one basis if a card would ask there if I'm understanding your question there's no legal way for us to share that information even on a one-to-one on it any type of situation that's what does HIPAA information you know where we're allowed to ask it as employee we can't share it with anybody besides the relevant people is that what you were thinking I'm wondering if prior to my asking my child's teacher whether they are vaccinated which we fully have to do Dale have been given any any guidance about how to manage that conversation guidelines for our teachers before school starts to make sure they know they are absolutely not obligated to answer that question certainly they are allowed to if they choose to do so but that they have no obligation to do so thank you mr. Quinn we have one more hand and then we will close what common material Matera thank you just got off the follow-up on that question the Mystic when was just asking I know you can't give individual information out but as parents I think you know I think we we all recognize the extraordinary difficult situation that you're all in trying to manage this and we appreciate all the effort being put into it information is going to be key in this whole thing to keep everybody in a situation to where we can we can all manage our own families right and make decisions for ourselves so maybe a good solution when is to put out percentages which your which are absolutely able to do on on who's vaccinated how many teachers are how many students are all that that would be super helpful and then just a maxi my question is would why aren't you offering virtual learning anymore just so that I mean it seems like it would be the the best solution given the situation right now where people can make a decision of being in the classroom virtually and still stay safe can you answer that that last part think that's no problem we are really bye bye by the latest State guidance we are only allowed either offer full in-person instruction or the independent study model so if you are looking for it with a family is looking for a full remote model are they must enroll in independent study option which is I Academy that is what is considered the remote learning option what you may be asking for Mr matura is perhaps the hybrid auction where we were providing concurrent instruction for students who were inside the classroom while some students stayed at home and there was a concurrent model and that is not allowed and not just very quickly if you are in person that means we count the attendance of by having the person in in seat at the site that's cool that's how we count them as it as attending the hybrid instruction we could count them as presents if they completed the work and that is more of an independent study model and that is why we but those are just really are only two options at this time thank you I actually close public comment Isaiah if you could email the board members with your comment or question that would be wonderful we are going to move to board comments or questions Miss McBride so I just want to thank Robert and Tracy for the update and I have a couple questions and I actually just one question since the night I know we're just getting an update tonight on not the academic pull on academic presentation but something came up and and I think for clarification it might be helpful to understand is lots of families attended the eye Academy possession and students and permits interdistrict permits were informed that a funerals in iacademy than you could lose your spot if you're currently enrolled in like one of the school's when I get like one of the elementary schools so it can you touch on that just a little bit Tracy just for clarification it's a family Ops into the eye Academy they are enrolling into iacademy not through their elementary school if that's the case is that car can I get back to you on that summer I want to make sure that the information I'm giving you is correct perfect okay thank you and then and along with that I do look forward to in a presentation from Tracy on all of the contingency plans without the like a lot of the questions are around just that what happens if and to that point one thing I would like to request a staff is maybe cuz I know we you have like covid updates on the website but I do think because I'm hearing a lot of questions repeated and I know this is because it's hard to actually here and retain information especially when there's real fear and concerns about the safety of our kid Amstaff or I would like to request that we add a frequently asked questions tab to our district website where these questions that come in from the public with its from staff duty community members once their address like a lot of the questions that were answered tonight via email and the public comment if we can just take those questions and ask them to just a FAQ on the website that's regularly updated and time when families have questions or if you even staff have questions about the filters or about the lunch schedule or what that's going to look like we can refer them to that path and also with a commitment that we're going to regularly update that so that the information is current and I know that I hate giving more tasks to staff but I think that could actually help minimize the repetition when questions of already been addressed but people weren't on the collar they didn't hear it or they didn't hear it clearly the first time so I would just like to improve her Communications by having something that's in writing on the website that can be accessed maybe if can you find a way to allow families whose first language is not English to be able to access that information as well but I would love to see an FAQ on the website thank you I think we actually did one back at the beginning of this whole mess a year-and-a-half ago and it probably dropped off when we hit that summer but we can certainly go back and revisit that and one of the cool things about edlio our website is you can get automatic translations for any Page by clicking the language button up in the upper right so will how to do manual translations but that's always available to thank you thank you both that's what I had written down as well so thank you so much for answering asking that summer and Robert Urich the other it was about translation so thank you for that doctor can't I think it's a related question regarding communication which of course is just so much more important now than ever even though it's always been so critical I know that principle we'll get back to sending or already have gotten back to sending their regular Communications to their families I would like to request that those from all principles include as that information gets a little fed the the dying in question cuz I know this weighs heavily and it's not completely answered and I understand that concern and along with the bands questions which I actually can't remember if we spoke to tonight yet but I would love to see principal speak to their families about what will happen if their sites as soon as they know for sure and as it gets updated and that's all just to jump and we do have a beat of music and band protocols that we just started working on today so we'll share that out pretty quick to thank you dr. Levin so first I want to say thank you to him quinnen Williams for the answers in the information and the work that I know you and a whole lot of other people have been doing over the summer to get as ready as we can and then I had a question I guess it's really a suggestion but it's actually not for you it's for our Union leadership for Debbie and Ray so I know that the issue that you know the district can't ask her teachers to give out their vaccinations status and I know that it's comp hated about whether you know it makes sense to encourage all the teachers to give out their vaccination status because it implies some kind of pressure on people who don't wish to give out information that they have every right to hold but I wonder if the unions could hold some sort of conversation with the membership about the value of that because not only is it about setting parents Minds at ease a little bit but our staff are wieners in the king the end so you know having somebody you know hearing that a lot of the teachers are vaccinated might encourage a few people to get back to Native who have it so I I recognized the complicated conversation I recognize that it's not the school dist play soccer players place to tell you hey please go tell everybody with your vaccinated I'm just suggesting hold the conversation with your peers maybe use the auspices of the Union to have that and figure out whether or not it makes sense to do something you don't get the pros and cons and and so forth and see to what extent if if it is possible for our ccusd family to get out there and and let people know you know what the those that they respect think of getting vaccinated that's all thanks I thank you dr. Levin I just had one comment then I'm just going to piggyback on on but summer was saying in terms of that the website as parents I know we got tons and tons of emails all the time about what the next step and those just get lost often I'm just speaking as an individual those get lost in my inbox quite often and to have some place that I can go that I know that those questions can be answered an FAQ page would be absolutely Grifols do I just want to Echo the request I know I see you you're not in your head mr. clean but that would really be great as people are heading into soda post-vacation mind and and looking forward to the fall school year and when we get the update Tracy around some of those those questions related to ed services if that can be added as well that would be wonderful so I just wanted to Echo that any final thoughts questions or comments when the Borg is on Missoula thank you so much well you might all know that my background is in public health and so I just wanted to do like a public health PS I know it wasn't asked of me but I think it's important at this at this time so public health is really about it's the science of protecting people's rights and protecting communities and I want to say that we each can be Public Health like stewards ambassadors and we can protect the people we love and we can protect our community and so I feel like our duty to just tell you know every member of our community has a responsibility and the safety of our community right and so for example we need you back with old variance it took about 15 minutes of sustainable exposure meeting face-to-face and less than three feet apart now with the Delta various we know that it's twice as fast and so what that means is within 5 minutes 5 to 7 Minutes of exposure you may contract the new variants now everyone is talking about how the in the future this is going to become the common cold right covid will become a common cold but until we get there we need to eat do our role right so if your page please please please get vaccinated if you are in a class iced room please please please wear your mask a hundred percent in anywhere in doors right so if you're doing professional development if you are going to the restroom you are warming up your meal at the teacher lounge if you are if your student going to the bathroom like it's so imperative for you to wear your mask all the time that you're indoors and if you're doors and you know that there are significant people next to you other students other people like wear your mask Outdoors too and I know this is difficult and I know you were tired of it that we have precious babies that are under 12 for Novak sedated and we have to do it for them we have asked so much of our children through this pandemic we have isolated then we have put them in front of it some of them suffer through migraines some of them are in all taking care of Heaven your logical medication because they are struggling up too much Universal do me and them are struggling social emotional some of them are struggling with their academics the list goes on and on and on and on and I don't even want to talk about all of those extra curricular activities that are children miss out and so I just wanted to say everyone here please each of us has a responsibility please put on your mask keep it on the whole time and we can all be Public Health stewards of Health thank you so much thank you mr. Missoula any final comments from the board just wanted to say thank you both Mister Quinn and Miss Familia especially for the presentation mr. clean it was informative I found myself not having to ask questions I really felt like you anticipated them I greatly appreciate it I know it's difficult thank you thank you mr. Makita you you navigated through that process with such Grace I truly appreciate that thank you very much I'm vice president I'm going to geek out with you somehow along the way because I I love these scientific Inception been space-traveling and that's her doctor Levin we got we got to do breakfast and lunch so we got to wake up with the board board member Amezola I truly appreciate the concepts of working in in in a bilingual setting and then that that's where I came in when Once Upon a Time being bilingual is considered a liability and the board is now seeing that as as a gift that we do not want to give away and and trade away for some kind of monolingual certainty soap so that part we have a lot in common we have remembered my bright and dr. Kent I am absolutely in thrall to have the option to work with you take a moment also to recognize the tremendous work that the last superintendent to superintendent Lockhart and her team have built the district and and I would be a mess not to remember and appreciate for work Amazon Prime Leah I am looking forward to work with you as well there is a great deal of things to be done and that's why I was so kind of figured things out I have to the weirdest notion that I thought you were 18 months ago we were forced into shut down more than we were struggling trying to figure things out I think we're on the right in the middle of that right now to quote after 11 thinking that somehow we are we are in the Great challenging but you know whatever it is it is we can sort it out safe yellow precautions instruction social emotional respecting each other's privacy as well as taking on the responsibility the ability to to watch out for each other to all of that will moving forward and I just want to say that General in the context of diversity there is Beauty and strength and I love that quote we will maximize our diversity that's who we are and we will honor the practice distribution that we put forth and so that we can make the promise to the community that we will have the achievement of equity in and I could demyx and in social emotional well-being and safety as well as Equity of voice as well I'm looking forward to seeing you all in-person next week and if I met you the floor back to a president mckeithen thank you thank you mr.
