all right we're good to go thank you Kim a good afternoon everybody I thank you for inviting us over to discuss a little bit about a brand new state mandate SB 1383 it's all about Organics waste recycling and also include some components for procurement and food recovery man the sp3 in 83 this is just an overview of what it requires and let me tell you it requires a lot a lot from all of them used to paleti's and also all of the state institutions and County agencies California does sp18 1383 actually is a state mandate to try to reduce the amount of methane production in landfills and one of the biggest Purdue of methane in landfill is organic waste as it decomposes it produces a quite a bit of gas and that affects all of our greenhouse gas emission in our climate pollutants show me 1830 1383 East mandates require that my 50% reduction in Statewide disposal of organic waste by 2020 and actually it's not in that at all I think at this point. the state overall is maybe at about 38% it also requires that that percentage increase to 75% by the year 2025 and all of the regulations in this in this legislation is going to help us get to meet that mandate and is a new component brand new to most of the municipalities and counties throughout the state is that 20% of all edible that we currently dispose of that is still good for human consumption be recovered so if there's food perhaps they from the cafeteria that's wrapped in something that was supposed to be but there is an absenteeism or someone that you needed or there was an over order of the of the food at someone else could still consumed that is what we're looking to recover so what's going to happen is new legislation on this is for this all the municipalities and counties and Rural districts throughout the state by January 1st 2022 each municipality or other jurisdiction has to have adopted an ordinance that requires a mechanism for organic waste collection service that means the city would have to have a mandate that states that yes you would you need throw out all of your organic material in green or brown container that will be provided to you by the city as you all know the city is the soul waste hauler for this city we do it all in-house we're currently in compliance with this requirement because we've already started a collection of not only trash in your black container which could be a dumpster at the school or it's a black bin you would get at your house we've had a recycling program in place for many many years and that's a blue dumpster that you would see at the schools or smaller 95 we've been that you would get at your house and the green or brown container Brown is usually the dumpsters for Organics that's food waste and green and the green can that you get at your house for your green waste and also your food waste this is 2017 or even earlier residents have had a green can for green waste and in 2017 we started allowing food waste in other. cereals to be placed into this green container we also have about a hundred businesses currently participating in the Organics program for the commercial where they would receive a brown dumpster most of that material is actually food waste her other compostable products we also weren't in compliance with this regulation because as of September 27th our city council passed meeting an adopted and enforceable ordinance to mandate the collection of organic material City wine in addition to that we also have to recycle construction and demolition debris we've been doing that for for years now and once again the city is the soul franchisee for this collection process so we do provide roll off boxes for construction sites and contractors I hire us and only us to collect stereo we take it to a processing facility that recovers 85% of that material for recyclable purposes we are in compliance with the California Green Building standards code we also have ordinance on file for the willow which is the model water efficiency Landscaping ordinance and that's been in place for quite a while throughout the city and that requires water reduction and certain irrigation teachers and certain mulch teachers are to be used for landscaping throughout the city now the procurement requirements are new with SB 1383 we had to think environmental purchasing policy which is completed and is signed off by our city manager at this time so we have a new environment of purchasing policy but what that policy requires is that at least 30% have all paper purchased for office usage must be made of 30% 30% recyclable material and if you look at some of your purchasing agreements you may say it must have a recycled content on it but it doesn't have a percentage this legislation specifically states that it must be at least made of 30% recycled material so that's something that I would like in your purchasing agency in school district take a look at because you know you're a state institution but you're still required in this legislation and me all of the Mandate just like the city has to do with this time the legislation requires that the city develop some type of inspection of all different programs relevant to Organics collection determine if your business is or your collection Pro clients of the legislation and if you go to certain businesses or institutions that aren't participating beginning enforcement prior plans and priorities that are in place in our ordinance and then finally as of 2024 we need to recover 20% of all consumable food there's food babe do that cuz it's two different types of categories tier one category which is 2022 and tier-2 which begins in 2024 so what is this legislation actually mean for Culver City Unified school districts so we have to have a program in place to prevent and reduce the generation of and recycle organic ways to the school district should be able to prove information to educate their employees on how to prevent generation of organic materials in other words what kind of programs do you currently have that you should really thought it and see where you might be able to reduce some the organic materials that are being utilized at this time that's one good way to help help prevent the amount of organic materials that you're going to need to process the other thing that all the schools must have is they have to have Recycling and Organics collection containers both outside and which the city will provide as we do now to all of the schools in the co City Unified School District however it's also a requirement that these containers be provided inside our recommendation is if and put wherever you have a trance perhaps a recycling container as well as a green Organics container if it's not possible to do that which I know do the funding sources and how they are right now we highly recommend find communal areas then perhaps in the hallways when you can meet the requirement by not just having the trash container in the hall but perhaps putting a blue recycling container and a green Organics container in the hall it can't be done in all of the classrooms in auditioning do you need to meet the recruiter the procurement requirements as mentioned in this legislation and the biggest one of Chris is purchasing paper that is beat up of 30% recycled content again the edible food recovery program to generators I believe cheer to maybe all of the cafeterias in the schools but there should be a recovery program in place for any consumable food that you would normally either throw away in the trash or now put in your new Organics programs and seen her we'll discuss a little more about how this will be able to assist you with this program as we continue into the presentation there must be a way that is recited your education from prohibiting at least all of the employees racing quickie Annex in the garbage and this would prefer being to trash is going in the classroom it should be placed an organic container if it's food or supposed to book paper type of product it also goes for custodians that are collecting materials around the school thing should be sourced separated either in the hallway or in the classroom and each commodity should be placed in the Tina and then someone should be assigned to periodically inspect the recycling in Organics containers for contamination in addition to that the city has just contracted with the consultant something will be doing regular audits for us as a result of the legislation it's a requirement so twice a year we're going to have a waste characterization in and we're also going to have route Audits and did you collect all of the schools so we will also be determining the amount of contaminants in the recycling and organic products that were collecting from the various schools on different route sowon is can to provide Organics collection containers now this is just a helper slide this is information that we're providing to the school district resent you set up sorting program you could start sorting in the cafeterias which I think is the ultimate place to begin because that's where most of the food is going to be generated in the cafeteria suing station weary free likes what the Oakland Unified School District has Dominic had a program in place for several years now and these little boxes explained you know the food is coming up you're different sorting station anything that is still full of liquid they highly suggest that you have a liquid container to dump out any leftover milk any leftover water juice Etc into the liquid containers first if they're small juice boxes now and juice boxes must go in the trash they're not recyclable and they're not compostable so please try to make that a primary a concern if you're if you're serving juice boxes that is a landfill material and that's where it belongs there's information you're on your recycling small I can barely read it but it's there and and Philbin again you know anything that's not compostable or recyclable should go into the trash bin and then compost and could be happy and paper towels and compostable paper cops please don't put bio compostable products in our organic container our processor will not accept them it must definitely be almost 100% fiber so that to go into the proposed to ball and chain on your organic Outdoors as we said you will have containers provided to you by the city for your outdoor collection VCR small containers will have actually larger dumpsters at each site for collection and then if it's doable it would be nice to be in the classroom a nice Hindi is we have busy waste program here in Culver City and it's ineffective City Hall and in our Public Works yards buildings in that our transportation department where we move actually taking away the trash can you're from every office in cubicle throughout the city facility and replaced it with a green Organics container and everyone's already had a blue recycle container so when you're at your desk and eating your lunch then you have to look at a nice educational video we put together of what materials go in the blue container and what materials can go into your green container and anything that doesn't you would physically have to walk out to area to throw things away in the trash I highly recommend that if you do find funding or apply for a grant that recycles offering grants if you look online it help support the requirements of s p1383 I would highly recommend you apply for a grant to purchase the proper container systems if it can't be in the classroom again and the suggestion is to have the communal sister in hallways you have to provide education and as you can see you're doing a great job of it so you do have a policy already set up to help you roll out your three Tina waistbands and your liners so you can keep your containers clean that great photos here for your blue recycling for your green Organics and your liners and then again for your black or gray trash can Culver City is doing a wonderful job with the Outreach and trying to educate on the school system's teachers custodians and students on what's needed to comply with this new regulation what's Culver City is currently accepting in their organic waste program now once again needing the procurement requirements the most ear for the schools to remember is effective January 2022 or thereabouts because you know the cities are all trying to very best to comply with these requirements covid slowed everybody down and now we have to try to get back up into where we were in 2019 to push through to get in compliance and everyone's a little bit behind without working on it so when you're purchasing division start some purchasing more paper products to be used please make sure that it's a 30% recycled content if he go out to bid for this product contract with a distributor and manufacturer please have them certified somehow that you have a material that's made from 30% recycled content as I mentioned before school district other Tier 1 and tier 2 businesses and institutions throughout Culver City and the state will be required to recover edible food now we're very fortunate in 2018 we applied for Grant with care psycho that's our state agency that will be enforcing this program and we received almost $500,000 we purchased actually purchase a refrigerated vehicle we bought some purchased top tablets to cook tough books so that we can cheap information readily available to us and enter in in real time Kathy is spent a lot time with the school district on discussing how we wanted to implement this program and what our intent was in 2019 and early 2020 pre covid was that we're going to go this city providing the staff to the various schools within our city district and collect any prepackaged food that wasn't distributed for that day and then take it to some fear four locations one would be of course our senior center the other would be the teen center that's run by the city and then those after school programs that are also operated by the city parks and recreation division any of this addition to that we were going to deliver food to the West LA College Food Bank who is in dire need of accepting any food product that we're willing to provide so we're doing so good on moving program and the even have an mou drafted with are City attorney's office which meets the requirements of SB 1383 and how we were going to put this together and actually Kathy was working to get this signed off between the school district and the city in Logan happen so the schools are closed down everybody knows what happened during the entire school year of 2021 we were shut down and so we have no food to collect or distribute but now we would like to do and Cathy will once again be contacting the necessary individuals and providing the the mou for review by on ccusd wig and Scuba school superintendent and then seat whether or not you're still willing to partner with us on this program it would be a great program and just by using Culver City Unified district is cell for the donation of the food we would probably be pretty close to meeting Our Generation requirement in accordance with SP 1383 and I do know the senior center good really good and I do know West LA College is called us on several occasions wanting to partner with us to accept the food go camping with once again as I said reach out and send the agreement for review so that we can push this forward hopefully by January after the winter break is over and we can get this up and running it's a valuable program it's it's really need it right and will be one of the very first cities in the entire state to have partnered with school districts the college and the city and Performing this and not using any other outside sources so I think it's add Red Bull to be able to say that you know we're becoming quite sustainable within our own institutions so as I mentioned prepackaged food that may have been and someone was absent or just didn't get their their lunch that day maybe they brought something from home instead that they wanted to eat and now it's sitting there and lunch is over and we're going to go and hopefully not into the trash if anywhere if it could be able to go somewhere else like us collecting it in our drop is refrigerated we have temperature regulated inside we have a pallet scales we've instructed our employees we have super manifest sheets which means the time we picked it up the temperature the food and we picked it up and waiting the food type was it packaged in yes and then we drop it off it says nonprofits but we're going to stay within just the city government for now until we see how this project goes well I should say the temperature of the food on delivery is it still sealed and everything on this checklist that needs to be checked off so overall it's really a safe operation I just think it's a matter of Culver City in in Clovis the Unified School District signing off in West LA College on these different mou agreements in order to get this program up and running and I'm sure we can work that out fairly easily. The other thing is composting we would love to partner with Culver City Unified School District on setting up a composting program at the various schools another requirement and I think it's in lights on get to the relator is that we also is Sydney has to procure 1800 tons of compost produced for my Organics annually so we'll get in that but we would like be able to start a workshop partnership with Culver City Unified School District and this is what our suggestion is we haven't been called composting bins here at the city and several years ago in insurance from the civicspark fellowship and helped us put together an entire workshop on video which is free and available any school that may want to use it and if you want to use it and try this out as a project for your students that could be Upper Elementary grades I think would really like this even your middle school grades would be very interested in it is that we will provide the worms and the vermicompost bin and you could watch the video and start Worm Composting program right into your class and then you could use that compost outside or maybe a little small green grass area if you want to and you know we'll be very willing to come in and actually do it demonstration for you the kids love the worms so it's a lot of fun and very educational and the city's here to provide most of the materials you need for the program and then 4S p1383 requires us to procure 1830 tons of compost and out for most of you that reside in Culver City you should be aware that we do do a compost giveaway excuse me at least two times a year that brings us one roll off of compost which may be equivalent to about 20 tongue Atwoods on 6th and post that we need to procure and utilize around the city or at least have documentation that someone's taking it and using it somewhere so we would really like this city school district 2 I think about utilizing the compost that we're producing for your school grounds I'm not sure how much of it you can use that we would like you to it's free for you all free we can give you a sir vacation of the soil testing cuz they're composter it is very very up to all of the regulations needed to operate that type of facility and develop a product that's pure and healthy and can actually be sold out to farms and other various agricultural uses we want to take this and give it to you so good now and Kathy will be contacting you at a later date to the I mean if you can put this on your fields at the schools if you have any grassy areas how often would you do that we would work out logistics as the amount you want to receive if it's going to be on a regular basis and have it delivered to your site so we really want to help you get some free material that can help with your Landscaping Endeavor for the entire School District and that's all that I have about SB 1383 which actually is quite a bit so I am open for any questions that you may have it this time I wanted to point out there are a couple of questions in the chat box so I'm just going to go through them will start back up at the beginning okay there is a question about what about milk Fuller MD and I think that has to do with the material going into the bin yes we would prefer the snow liquid in the milk containers and then they go into the bin milk containers can go in Chanel and Organics are we've just going to Organics at this time alright now Organics we have a new processor so that's why I wasn't you're so I just wanted to verify now work for milk cartons we can empty them and then put them in the composting yes we can accept them within the universe the day would come when we come every single day so if there's leftover milk that cannot be used her for the next day we'll take it cuz it'll go for use that same day okay and then there's a record see the city video so I think you had two videos in your presentation so I don't know if those videos wore her maybe we could spend the links or people could look at them there's one video show you some of the Bernie but I think the first video that's the one for the program for single-family so I can get that to go if you want to the I believe the food rescue program which is wonderful news to hear cuz we do want to get that back on the radar and get that moving again, I don't know cuz we're actually talking about food supply so it was just kind of all the same conversation you know we even before we weren't sure how much we would have available at the end of each day to recycle totally willing to go through the the program in the project I just don't want to is anybody's hopes too much will have to see how much is actually available at the end of the day late for example right now there's basically nothing because of the food shortages were suffering as today but will certainly you know start participating and see what happens great that would be wonderful because this is very new to everyone so we don't know that anything that we can get will take right now and hopefully then go for the city and we start an inter-governmental so we can work it out and see you know how much is collected how often do we need to do this how much does the West LA College want what are we doing with the seniors and King Center and then what we want to do is that eventually Branch out not just from Culver City Unified School District but to larger institutions like Sony's commissary we want to pick up from the are the NFL network is a huge commissary apple apple few now in Amazon are they going completely and then there's Culver Studios still with Amazon do you know there's a lotta Institute the hospital is another one where there's a large amount of food and it would be a great program with the governmental systems right now until you know we get a feel for how this operation is really going to work and what we actually can do in perform and then in the chat there was also a comment by Robert about that the gardens mews they do you want to mention that we just delivered I believe it went through last week for cubic yards to one of the school site and Century may know more about how that all went over but I believe it successful that was directly to the Garden site at the school because I wasn't sure if it was I assumed it was okay put in a garden but I wasn't sure yeah so this Compass is very high-end it certainly can be used on food if not there's not a problem with it I think the only challenge is that it has to be cut because it sets my so when and when I say cut it just means what it should be mixed with other soil potentially but it can certainly go on maybe not the grass but maybe the might have some other ideas but he can go into like the landscape in areas where there's other plant just just be absorbed back into the soil yes we would really really appreciate really delving into this to see if you know your fost sites can use this compost cuz 1808 introduced thing a program to any landscapers out there that work within facilities you know multifamily areas throughout the city could get it for free too if they want it here on this side the Culver bypass project that's coming on too good they have a ton of landscaping to do I know I am running it projects will be taking it but I want I want as a lot more than that that's what we're going to do last year we had that little boy I'm not sure if it was a ton that was in there and we're not exactly sure how much would over when it was picked up but I think in a few weeks it went down we have a lot of gardeners not only in the district but the school district but I think in the city and so I know there is interest for a composting in them events in the City events that happened a couple times a year those you know you got cars lining up with their shovels and you know so I know that there is interest so it's about I mean I think we'd have to see about space and where did you get and how much how much are we talking about them for school and not every school has the same space another space consideration so well I think it's a wonderful yeah we can definitely look at each School individually and see every in a most of the schools have Gardens and I know that The Gardener's would appreciate having some but I don't know if they would go through 100 and if you do put that much how long can it Outdoors you know is it in the lowboy or is it in the 95-gallon I'm not sure how do you imagine presenting this story of this particular ship on how much you need so I can get a match the facility of the high school middle school we could probably provide a minimum of a lowboy over there for an application if not like a smaller 10-yard what's 1 yard roll off container and I'm sure edit that would be good for at least one application twice a year or something like that but then when you talk about the little sites with the elementary schools if they're small and you know it just like we did or not long ago we can probably provide a dumpster which is like a 2 cubic yard of 3 cubic yard which is is minimal amount of of Campos but if anyone's interested we will we will be able to produce that and get it deliver that way it would never be in a 95 gallon we just couldn't do that because I processor is the one that will be doing the delivery for us and you just can't put something in a can like that delivery they would rather have it in roelofs to begin easier for them okay that's great so I think we'll probably have deeper conversations offline with the different schools and what does anyone else think Robert Mike about about which composting you just have to figure out what it is has big giant construction roll off boxes that you see that's about maybe 20 times okay. I need $1,800 so if you can I need to know if we can play. on the ground maybe we all become gardeners now so that's that's that's like our stormwater project that we did ethic over median where all the way up Eve's going analogy is it captures 19 acre-feet of water and what that means is one football field filled up with a foot of water you can fill up either 19 football field for the water or night in the water 1 football fields is about how big it look when they say it was that big and the good things for the schools in I don't know who's available November 8th but we're going to counsel we have funding from the grant to do an edge each new piece about the project so we got really technical this time and we're doing a whole augmented reality piece on the median which will be available for walks and four or even like like maybe a classroom trip or something from I think more than Middle School and High School level but as you enter the median on him mean. It's going to be called the urban Mobility project can you scan your phone and you'll get into like a 3D type of image of all the different modes of Mobility alternative modes of mobility throughout the city and it's like you'll see somebody on their bike and I'll get on the bus and then I'll get on the train or they can scooter and there's different route and then the signage will also give you a whole bunch of information about mobility and our goals in the future so you can read that in delft current to each one with your with your phone scan then when you get to Huron it's actually the ecology cultural Factor what the wildlife is that lives along the creek and in decree in our natural environment and you scan that you going to see a turtle swimming around his women like on the sidewalk and things around to the different freak environment in the fish that let's survive in the birds and I need of American Heritage and that's really cool and then when he get the harder there's another sign that you'll give you the storm drain project itself and when you scan that you're going to see the wall going to catch Basin underneath you you're actually see what you're standing on top of and the pretreatment pumps and actual size of those chambers and then how it's treated and goes either into the median for irrigation or back and if you started Sepulveda in Culver that's the gate me to the city and it's a whole history of Culver City from its incorporation in 1917 all the way to present day and history stories and you'll have like an augmented reality where you're almost walking through all of the different photos that are on the sign and we'll give you a little story about each one is very exciting though it's almost done and we're going to be this to the city council for any Lake you know conversation about any changes or what they think we should add or if it's fine the way it is very good that was a great now I'm she's worked really hard on this project so you know we're very excited to see it come to fruition very secure so water I have a couple questions so the waste stream were working on it and you know we were very aware of the issues we have you know internally with he knows students no it's just knowing where to put their trash and then you know sometimes we have some packaging you know carrots are fruits that are in plastic and it was just sort of they can't go into composting and they that's just in landfill and so and there's no one there there's no time to open those up and it's that I think it was interesting to hear today that we can actually recover those I guess this is the helps to Batman is okay with the food recovery in a plastic plastic bag or so that's that's a big one I think we could definitely do it's been done in the past in the cafeteria to have a been specifically for Food donation or what is it untouched food or unopened food so I think we need to do that more presently but you know other classrooms it will be hard to have the three streams but you've worked hard in the last year-and-a-half to have two streams if we put in a 111 in the hallways if we put the three streams you know maybe one or two per hallway I think they'll probably have a lot of trash in there so we're trying to focus on those areas where the students each and in all the school so I think if we really we need to get it back down to doing it well where we where it makes the most sense and then we're going to this has been done over and over I've only been this is my third year but this has been done for 10 years and others can attest so it's not for lack of trying on our part but there's a lot of turnover and I think education is is key and you know that younger students are more prone to absorbing this information the older ones seem to forget very quickly so we do have our challenges internally but yes with the help of the city I think having all of the the dumpsters outside the school's having the three streams all together I think we did a couple walkthroughs and we still need to work on that so that would be helpful to do to finalize that part and then we're working on the internal process right now and the Food donation we can definitely look into doing that more form cuz you know we haven't done it since the covid and all that it's it's a bit tricky with covid to you don't want to be touching anything anyone else has but I think if it's in plastic it it's a package we're going to take it yeah okay we don't want anything that's like a cafeteria service where it's already open and you're dishing it out onto a plate it's as to be everything has to be packed okay does anyone have any questions for Kim and the EPA Mommy I think I'm good thank you great that's very informative video I would help if you could share that none presentation point with us hasn't she said she can share that recording at which I think is even more helpful because he can kind of hear the word right right it's a good programs that we will partner up together on and you know i a s p1383 has its purpose it's just going to cost all of us covid-19 money list for the municipalities but we're working to partner with you to help you as much as weekend at least with the outdoor containers the rattle out of the cities are doing so we're doing that on behalf of everyone and what they find it the school's you'll get all that reporting and information so he wouldn't have to have that done on your own so that's kind of a good thing to do I text with calrecycle because they are worth specific education for schools and school districts so hopefully in the next month or so on their website will have something available that even provide even greater detail or has resources then my last question is regarding the compost if there is interest you know who would be the contact person to do they say speak to or email or being touched probably Mike Corrigan with a cc to me please okay then he can talk with his gardening staff or whoever it is Julia Robert if you have any sort of videos like show video clips would be fantastic on how to like separate or any of the processes that we talked that would be fantastic be able to show those clips aside from the presentation yep so all that I the chat this is the city that the email is the websites in our cat faced glitter if you're interested but we have a section that talks about Rumi composting and how you do that and of course the video that Kim was showing earlier so they have Julie ask two questions that I just spent a couple hours with her in the kit in the cafeteria which feed the 10 School so the high school's cafeteria is a really good place I'm wondering if the city could come help us sort and and look at the different you know everyday packaging that we have but also she was asking for example of the sandwiches are in an aluminum oil on location and then distributed but then somewhere not you know taken and so are those or can we is that recovery food recovery there or real or is it I thought it had to be sealed in the beginning that it be sealed you know just just to keep this and then once we get an idea of what's being accepted what we can do with the more of the made sandwiches on site and then wrapped you know if they were sealed in the seal broken I think that we may be able to work something out like that because I know when I can Kathy will be working with the various school cafeteria areas on the different packaging of the material that I'm not going to put like say you got 50 lunches that were consumed in Iraq pre-packaged they're going to go with a box then that box is going to be sealed is sort of like when you do GrubHub and post me doordash now if you've noticed in the past 6 months your packages are coming in a bag that's sealed so we want to make sure that we are to that there's a requirement I'm sure it's probably a health thing that happened there that everything is filled up so once the packages of food I put in the box or container we have these containers are going to be sealed and it won't be open till it gets to the recipient it will have to act like you know sign off that goes for any food off of a tray if it's organic and can go into the organic been any plastic goes into the land landfill in anything recyclable in the recyclable so this it makes me think for the school's maybe we could have a key petition on creating those boxes near the station you know for unused food or unwrapped food starting wrapped still wrapped food Chili what was the name that was on you had donation at some point next to the bins I remember a few years ago do you you talking about the share tables so you just had a box for unused food that the students could put it in and then I'm not sure how what you did with it at the time but you were you'd had a food recovery program already I remember right when we could or didn't have to wrap like an apple in in plastic we would have chair table the kids didn't want their apple within put it in the basket we could wash it and then serve it again or I would send it to a school and it would offered his morning snack for the kids didn't have snacks but can't do that anymore so we have to wrap anything that is edible we don't have to wrap bananas or oranges cuz they have feels like an apple or pear we have to wrap play something has changed with this law now it's a California mandated so maybe rapping is is different today I'm not sure and maybe the city can help us identify that the health department recommendation maybe because it go ahead I don't think it has to do with this regulation at all I think it has to do with the covid and its purpose that regulation was pre Cobra through the LA other number to see if anything's changed we'll all this to say that Julie's been doing it already so we can do it again and we can do it in all the schools so and have some kind of competition or something for the to get involved and I know that you know some people care and so we will be able to put that in place so I know I want to be mindful of everyone's time any last questions or comments really appreciate the
