Clever: Single Sign-on for Education

Clever Single Sign-on is what most elementary-level students use to access online learning platforms (Seesaw, Lexia, IXL, etc. . . )

How do I log into Clever as a student?
- If you do not have a CCUSD Chromebook it is suggested that you download the clever chrome extension; for some apps on Clever without the extension it may require an additional step: Add it to your Chrome here
- Go to: clever.com/in/ccusd
  - K-2 Through Clever Badge:
    - Written Instructions
  - If you do not have a badge (3rd Grade+), then log in through your email/password:
    - username: [email protected]
    - password: your permanent student ID#

	Benchmark Education (Spanish Immersion K-5): Benchmark Education is used for the SLA curriculum. Student Accounts: Click "login with Google" and use your ccusd Gmail login information to sign on (username: [email protected], password: permanent student ID).
	IXL Math is a computerized math program that helps students gain fluency and confidence in math! IXL helps students master essential skills at their own pace through fun and interactive questions, built-in support, and motivating awards. Log in through Clever.
	Journeys: Journeys is the K-5 ELA curriculum. To log in as a student use your ccusd Gmail. (username: [email protected]. password: student ID # )
	Lexia Reading is a computerized reading program that provides. phonics instruction and gives students independent practice in basic reading skills. Lexia Reading is designed to supplement regular classroom instruction. 	Seesaw allows students to engage in learning activities and share their work. Video Instructions How do families follow a Seesaw class? Decide how you want to follow your child's Seesaw journal (through what device) you can download the app from App Store or Google Play Store. Don't have a smartphone? Sign up on a computer at app.seesaw.me. Sign in to Seesaw (on your phone, ipad, computer, etc). Tap 'Create Family Account' Add your child's journal: Your child's teacher may have sent you an email/text message invite with a QR Code or Class Link. Once you add the journal, make sure it says your child's name at the top. If you don't have a QR code/class invite reach out to your child's teacher. As a guardian, you can receive daily or weekly summaries that include class activity (announcements and assignments), upcoming work, and missing work. As a guardian, you must receive and accept an email invitation before you can receive email summaries. 	Naviance. CCMS: Naviance is a web-based resource for students and parents that encourages and supports career and college planning. Students are connected with their school counselor every step of the way. Students can keep all the career and college planning information in one convenient location. Students will use this college and career tool for grades 6-12! Students:To sign onto Naviance go to https://student.naviance.com/culvercm. Email: Use your regular student account information. Type in everything before the @ symbol. Example: pollypanther instead of [email protected] Password: Use your regular account password- your 9-digit student ID number Parents: Naviance: When you visit the site for the first time, enter your personal registration code in the New User box and follow the on-screen instructions to create your own account. If you do not know your registration code, contact the counseling office for assistance. Note: Each code can be used only once. Once you have your own account, you will sign in using the username during the registration process. CCHS: Naviance Family Connection allows CCHS to share important information with families regarding college research, career exploration, scholarship opportunities, college visits/lunch & learn workshops and many Web resources. Students: To sign in, please click sign in through Clever. CCHS is no longer using usernames and passwords. Parents. Have your child sign into their account. 	Canvas allows teachers to post discussions, assignments and more. How do I join my teacher's class? (for CCUSD Canvas users not UC Scout). For UC Scout your child's teacher will send specific information. http://culver.instructure.com Click on Log in with Google (In most cases, if you or your students can't get in it is because the wrong password is being typed in or has been changed by the student. We can reset this.) Sign into your CCUSD gmail account.,, then click allow, join any class that you see on your dashboard. How do students turn in assignments? ? How do students see assignments? Video Instructions Written Instructions For Families, Become an observer on your child's class: You can become an observer for CCUSD's Canvas classes. As an observer you will be able to see announcements, assignments, grades, and upcoming assignments. To become an observer please follow the step by step instructions. (Note this does not work for UC Scout, families will have to go through their student's profile to see grades).
