ESSER III Stakeholder Survey

Culver City Unified is conducting this survey to help identify priority areas of need to inform the use of the federal Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER III). ESSER funds are designated for use in helping our district ensure schools continue to be safe for in-person learning and for addressing the learning and social-emotional needs of students.

Please click here to access the survey in English: https://forms.gle/Hg9fHq2q81W2G3ns9

The survey data will be treated confidentially and reported in aggregate. The survey will be open from October 7-17, 2021.

Thank you for your input.
