Convene Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC);

Schools gather input from stakeholder groups: staff, Leadership Team, ELAC, Site Council, PTA/Booster Clubs, Student Council

March - April

 

Community Conversations have occurred at all sites and surveys are complete

Initial actions are drafted for review

Feedback sought from SAC, DELAC, Admin Council, CCUSD Partnership, Council PTA, Student Council

May - June

Public Meeting on LCAP Draft
