OPEN ENROLLMENT

With the transition to ASCIP as CCUSD's new medical benefit provider, the district will be transitioning the enrollment process to a new, online platform in partnership with American Fidelity. This complete benefits platform will allow you to enroll in your medical and American Fidelity supplemental program(s) all in one system. This will streamline enrollment and provide you with valuable information as you make your benefit elections for the coming year.

All Culver City USD employees must meet with an American Fidelity representative this year to ensure all information is correct, elect your medical plan, and learn how to navigate the new online platform.

Enrollment Schedule & Appointment Details

This year’s enrollment will be 10/13/2025 through 10/24/2025.  American Fidelity representatives will be available at all school sites.  Please use this link to sign up for an enrollment appointment at your office:  https://enroll.americanfidelity.com/36654E6B  

Your individual appointment with American Fidelity will take approximately 30 minutes, depending upon the information discussed and any questions you may have. Elementary schools will have a roving sub available to provide coverage while staff step away for their enrollment meeting. 

If you are interested, you will also have the opportunity to receive more information on our Section 125 Plan benefits during this time. Enrollment in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) will now also be done through American Fidelity’s online enrollment system.  Other supplemental options that may be important to you and your family include disability income protection, life insurance, specified disease coverage, and more. There is no obligation to purchase supplemental insurance from American Fidelity.
