OPEN ENROLLMENT

The Open Enrollment period to make changes to employee health, dental and vision insurance is from September 19 through October 14, 2022.  This is also the time to add a spouse or dependent child(ren) to your coverage. Separate enrollment forms are required for medical, dental, and vision coverage. Changes to your insurance cannot be made after the open enrollment period.

All changes will take effect January 1, 2023 for the new medical, dental and vision rates.

Please see below documents for updated medical, dental and vision rates for full-time and part-time employees.  Rates for the 2022 year have also been included so you can compare your current plan to the new 2023 rates.  Please make sure you do your due diligence and compare rates for both years as most medical insurance premiums will be increasing in 2023.

If you are planning on enrolling in cash-in-lieu, please make sure you complete the necessary paperwork and provide proof of coverage.

If you have questions or would like to make changes to your insurance, please contact Anissa McCullen, Classified Payroll Technician, or Francisco Contreras, Certificated Payroll Technician, directly via email or telephone to set up an appointment.  Please note that the Payroll Department is unable to begin to review and process enrollment paperwork submitted until the open enrollment period begins.
