If you're if you have that information is public or not public and you shouldn't be charging anybody to give it out so why does it talk about pecuniary gain in call Meera Withers at the confidential information and so forth how am I going to reach out to you the reason why and I don't know if this is going to answer the question but says of pursuant to government code it's a misdemeanor for any public officer employee hopefully it knowingly use or disclose for pecuniary gain any confidential information acquired in the course of his or her official duties so I think that that paragraph is there just to reiterate that it's against the law okay but that's it's again glad to do it with confidential information we don't want them Iration this bylaw so it's against the law I am that it should be. Confidentiality but if you're using this week does that automatically on the Gmail sign Wichita another one and it wasn't that was one question and then there was another question about what we can communicate to everyone about and I know we've talked about this ad nauseam but I just want to take this moment ask another board member had recommended something that I immediately adopted as I became president which was to let the board know when I was replying to concerned stakeholders so that they could know either they could still reach out of course if they wanted or they could stay up Frozen got it I can let it go but I can't it's not clear to me that this falls under that or if it's okay or not okay and I I thought I would just put it out there and we can decide if that's a continuing practice or not I always assume because I'm sorry because you're not telling us what your response was that it's okay just that you replied I think the practice is okay I'm not sure if it falls in line with the electronic communication no I love right now. just that we don't always have people with emergency credentialing issues but sometimes we have people who might move in from out of state and may need to complete their clatter bclad coursework or for some immersion program Staffing there is a need to bring people on board an emergency credential so this is basically a declaration that goes to the CTC so that should we need to do that you've Can go across any of our Jen Jen said we may have the meats we were actually pretty good with special right now but I would say we I think we have like one one intern like at one position in special it right now that we needed to fill midir that we needed to do this for because we couldn't get anyone qualified in the middle of the year and we needed to kind of go to an emergency route for special ed and I think it's let you know specifically in the application to the county are estimated number needed but you know indicators to multiple subject guitar Elementary for single subject lacrosse any content in 3/4 special education potentially as well as our immersion programs are listed on there so it's just covering bases its covering our bases yammy Halle Berry it would vary from year to year are you know it special it is probably the hardest area for us to Pharrell this is not just Art District it's the hardest area to fill positions in yeah and suggestion Lemos lines I think maybe would satisfy their concern you're not quite stating which is how about we passed this and then we we establish that the protocol is when we're doing that give the board a uniform that's easy enough thank you thank you Doctor Robin I need further discussion all those in favor okay I'll take us because Leslie not here she forgot again to attach it I can't do much except neither add to it we're not soap to folks have anything they want to add to it publicly was it maybe just to be back stuff like putting ourselves on the good one I mean in fact I was just going to add the one that I emailed you about making sure we don't have a person on both committees okay and then the only other one I added last time but I wanted to State it again today was the and since both of you guys are here the communication about our move to inclusion so that teachers aren't in a state of not knowing the full picture having the full picture and and the community at large so I'm really not having all my words but the same thing I requested a couple weeks ago I feel like it could come up again I'll bring it up again today in response to the retired resign the people resigning in special at Atlanta and that sort of thing cuz there's just concerned about if the teachers are going to have all the support that I need which I think we are committed to venmo either the only missing pieces communicating that effectively I think neighbor that is goes to the request that I made when we approve the contract with to teach that contract it has a lot of information about what's going to over the next three years but it's not very easy to follow and not just for our teachers but also for our families and the community I move we hurry up in the journey while it's still Tuesday
