CCUSD School Counselors
CCUSD has credentialed school counselors at all CCUSD schools who help students succeed in school and plan their career. An integral part of the total education system, school counselors help students form healthy goals, mindsets and behaviors.

CCUSD has three Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT) and three Licensed Clinical Social Workers serving our schools. Students are referred by school counselors and or administrators.

CalHOPE, run by the California Department of Health Care Services, offers free, safe and confidential mental health support for youth, young adults and families through two easy-to-use mobile apps:
- Parents and caregivers can turn to BrightLife Kids for peer support and expert advice on how to handle behavioral challenges while teaching resilience, problem-solving, and communication. Kids benefit from resources and coaching that teach them how to manage worries, how to express big feelings like sadness, anger, or frustration in healthy ways, and how to navigate complicated or confusing social situations
