Rebecca are we still letting people in or should we get started can you all hear me I hear you looks like Rebecca's I'm you to order and as you can see three board members present which is a forum dr. Kent and micellaire are unable to be here tonight and we'll go right into public comments for items not on the agenda and stuck to my teeth and did you get any emails for items not on the agenda I did not okay and I don't see any hands raised so I'm going to close to point to public comment and move on to the adoption of agenda the promotion so moved all right moving on to our only action item 4.1 thank you for Prez McBride members of the board at this time I am presenting is the revised iccsd learning continuity and attendance plan that was presented from last week incorporating some of the feedback that was identify Los Angeles County Office of Education for us to work on the last section of the LCP that has been Incorporated and sent it to the board tonight for adoption promotion second questions I don't have any should we give an opportunity for the public to come in on this item or ask questions you can raise your hand now I believe there were no comments submitted there were none motorboat all in favor is there a motion to adjourn the most second all right has been moved by 11 segment bisector mckeithen all in favor thank you so much thank you very much posted on the website within the 5 days it will go to Lake oh they will provide us other any other comments and I assure you they will provide us with more, and then at that time I will present those comments. public board meeting and we have 15 days by the time that's when they send it to us and we have 15 days to go over those recommendations in a public working so that's just letting you know what the next step is and then if people in the public somehow missed the r still want to come inside this they can have the ability to make changes during the years that right I would assume so I think we can make recommend we can we can make adjustments it really is a talk it's really a discussion about our plans and to your point Dr 11 because we if we are moving into hybrid learning plans and things like that we wrote it pretty generally so that it wouldn't get us in any sort of pivoting necessary pivot but I think we could always make it more specific once we knew more of the details in the future I just want to make you know for anybody who just joined cuz I feel like one of the person just joined the meeting has come to an end we did move to adjourn there was just one item on the agenda to approve that El Cap that has been presented a couple to the public and there was a hearing in our last board meeting and a full discussion about it but if you have any questions you can always contact at services department but we have adjourned the meeting so thank you for joining us and now you're free to go watch the debate
