These are difficult and challenging times for all of us. If, like me, you have young children, you have probably expended a great deal of energy this week helping your child understand what is happening and how to cope. This, alongside conducting your regular work and maybe even stepping in as assistant teacher and chef, can sometimes seem like too much. If you are feeling overwhelmed, confused, or any of the other normal feeling during a crisis like this, be reminded that our Los Angeles County Office of Education offers counseling support to our staff. It is free free and it is helpful. And in times like these, it may be vital to your well being. if needed, please take advantage of this resource.
