Dual Language Program
Dual Language Program Description
Culver City Unified School District is proud to offer K-12 Dual Language Programs for both Spanish and Japanese. These programs offer a unique opportunity of learning for our community. Dual Language Programs place English-speaking and target language-speaking students together in a classroom where both languages and cultures are valued and used for instruction throughout the day.
El Marino Language School offers:
- Japanese in grades Kindergarten through Grade 5
- Spanish in grades Kindergarten through Grade 5
La Ballona Elementary School offers:
- Spanish in grades Kindergarten through Grade 5.
Application Window for the 2024-2025 School Year:
- 2/10/24 - 3/17/24 (Kindergarten only)
- 4/15/24 - 5/15/24 (Grades 1-5 only)
- 5/28/24 - 6/7/24 (TK only)

CCUSD Resident
Available to families who live within CCUSD boundaries who wish to attend one of CCUSD’s Dual Language Programs: El Marino - Japanese, El Marino - Spanish, or La Ballona - Spanish.

Non-CCUSD Resident
